Delicious food. It was first time we used Mr thai but I’m sure I’ll order some more food soon. I really recommend this takeaway.
Opened just yesterday is already starting to look like a successful business. I talked to the staff and they seem very warm and open minded. They are serving the beautiful community of Sherwood and any other passengers who might fancy having a delicious thai meal.
We were quickly provided with menu‘s and a jug of water.

What We Offer:

The secret of Thai cooking is balance, a balance of spices herbs, roots and leaves, carefully blended to enhance the natural flavours and texture of the main ingredients. Thai cuisine uses some herbs and spices which are not common in Chinese cooking like Fish sauce, galangal (like ginger), lemon grass, curry leaves (not to be confused with the curry dish or spice blend). Generally Thai cooking uses less oil in cooking and is a little spicier than Chinese however we can of course cook to your palate.

Had a really delicious meal from here on New Year’s Eve. Pad Thai (with tofu), red curry with prawns, duck rolls and Jasmine rice. Everything was superb, really tasty. Very impressed.
A friend and I have been Nottingham for a conference. We were looking for a place to eat and we found this gem. We dine in, each of us ate two dishes and everything was AMAZING. It’s a small place, but they say they will make it bigger soon. Definitely will come back when in Nottingham again.
I have had quite a few takeaways from the Thai Bee and I highly recommend if you like tasty and nicely cooked food. If you like over-cooked, mushy and tasteless food then avoid.
