As a member it’s great to be back. Good to see new and old members and of course the staff.
Having spent the day at the Urban Rooms on my birthday last May, I decided to treat myself again this year to the City Hideaway Spa Package. I think the spa day is excellent value for money. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I was fortunate to have Jo again this year…. she is lovely and very good.
Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. I have a disability/complex health issues and I was worried about the reaction to my various ‘added’ extras (I have a feeding tube and IV line) as I know other similar facilities have been difficult. However, I was treated like everyone else, with offers of any necessary adjustments/help but without a huge or unnecessary fuss or point being made.

All good, I had a whole body massage. Everyone was really nice. The only thing I’d change is to dim the light a bit, it was too bright for me in the room. Also music could’ve been bit more louder.
Joined as a member. Quite gym busier at weekends with more hotel guests. Perfect for free weights, cardio and a swim. Only thought is that gym could be cleaned or dusted more frequently.
Lovely day at the spa, me and my partner really enjoyed it and the back massage for both of us was fantastic, we are still talking about it now. Great experience and really friendly staff! Definately recommend and will return.

Lovely location, setting and building. I had a deep tissue massage which left me feeling completely relaxed. Attention to detail with everything… from the heated oils and blanket on the bed to the refreshing sorbet afterwards… love this nice little touch. Highly recommended. Thank you
Amazing Full body massage with scalp and face massage… had me so relaxed I fell asleep… best one I’ve had in the whole Nottingham area including Ragdale, Eden & Clumber Park Spa!!! Will definitely be visiting again! Absolutely lovely place too, massively recommend.
Love coming to this beautiful day spa. The staff are so lovely & always professional. They offer such a range of treatments and I’ve always felt well & truly pampered when leaving. The food on offer is delicious too. Would definitely recommend a visit to anyone.
