Darren and his team did a fantastic job, the task was huge. it included getting rid of a large fish pond, levelling garden, taking up and re-laying a patio, installing raised beds and artificial grass. The team worked so hard in all weathers with politeness, a smile and the ability to listen to what we wanted. The quote process was well organised with plenty of ideas coming from Darren. I moved house two years ago and having used Creative Roots previously, wanted to use them again. But I was too impatient to wait six months and used another company who were awful! From start to finish Paolo and his team were first class and I can highly recommend them to anyone considering garden design or landscaping services.
Paola built us a wonderful pergola. It was a difficult area and needed a special design and he came up with something remarkable for us. What I really liked too was his quiet and unobtrusive presence and hard work (unlike previous experiences with other companies). Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.
