A fantastic experience from start to finish. The support in choosing our holiday and giving clear information, updates and guidance around Covid has been exemplary. We were checked in both going out and on our return. Sophie and Fiona have been responsive and professional throughout our dealings with them. Sophie spotted a good deal giving us a flight upgrade and also a very well placed hotel. Sophie’s advice has been succinct and spot on.
We recently booked a trip to Lapland with Viva Vacations and I can not fault them. They found us a fantastic trip & offered all the support we could need (and more) especially with the current every changing travel restrictions. Sophie & Fiona replied to all my messages quickly and offered almost immediate response to the fast changing government guidelines.
Definitely would recommend Viva Vacations, Sophie has been fantastic from start to finish helping us organise our honeymoon, answering all of our questions promptly and giving great advice. After having to rearrange it once due to Covid,

Leo and the team at Just Journeys made the process of booking our honeymoon incredibly straightforward! We had a rough idea of where and when we wanted to go, and then discussed with Leo the types of accommodation that would be best for our preferences and price range, then we had a rough itinerary and quotation within a few days – covering flights, transfers, hotels and hire car, all without us having to sort anything. 
We have just returned from an amazing holiday in Antigua to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary which was superbly organised by Leo! We gave him some challenges in terms of our changing requirements and he managed to resolve them all. We would thoroughly recommend this travel agents.
