As a relatively new start-up we had never before instructed accountants and so far have been very impressed with TCP. They were very efficient at picking up our enquiry and offer a transparent fee arrangement. I have to say, their business manager Gordon has been great. I met with Gordon who took his time to explain things in detail and he has also been great for bouncing ideas off/even introduced us to another small business owner who were are now working with. We switched to TCP 2 years ago and found Gordon, Rachel & all the team are very helpful. Nothing is to much trouble for them, everytime we speak they always ask how my mum is (who also worked at the club until covid hit). Gordon goes out his way to collect then return all books needed for Rachel to complete the accounts and Rachel is always there to answer any questions
