Loved this Nottingham bed shop! Was brilliant to have a browse around and the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. What makes it doubly great is you can order online too! I managed to find some fantastic furniture for my new bedroom and a new bed all in one place! Excellent quality and it was affordable! Normally I shop online but this time I decided to go and check the mattresses in person. That was the best decision. What a fantastic staff. Jody and her colleague (I’m sorry I forgot your name) went above and beyond to help and explain everything. They made me and my partner feel very comfortable. It was a great experience to use Sleepmatch and be able to know what mattress we need.
Lovely and relaxed guy to help us who didn’t pressure us into anything. In fact he asked us if we were sure we would want a damaged product and made us very aware it wasn’t fixable. Unfortunately we couldn’t cancel the one we already had ordered or we would have nabbed it 😭 will deffinately be back.
We had been struggling to get a good mattress and pillows for a while, received excellent advice and service – Felix, thank you so much – would definitely recommend.

I want to leave 2 reviews as we have only placed an order so far and havnt received our new mattress yet but wanted to relay our experience so far. I left the task of buying a mattress to my wife and she came away really impressed with southglade. She said mark was a no pressure salesman, in fact she said he didn’t come across as a salesman at all but rather a really knowledgeable nice guy. 
Mark is knowledgeable experienced business man… He just do not sell you the product rather he gives solution to your bedtime needs… Don’t just waste time hovering over main line furniture retailers, rather just visit Southglade beds .. I’m sure Mark will not disappoint you
Brilliant service! Wasn’t sure and which mattress to chose but Mark was excellent at explaining which one would be best. I am very happy with his recommendation and would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a good quality mattress.
