Jo & Jakub made this pretty miserable process so much positive & easier for us. Without hesitation they were happy to change our dates without any issues & were so patient & understanding all the way through the whole process.

When we were left in the lurch by our original caterers, Jo and Jakub Strzelec were fantastic and offered so much help and support it was unbelievable. They aren’t just amazing caterers but also amazing individuals who genuinely care and are passionate about the service they deliver.

I needed an outside caterer for my husbands surprise party in December. I had a limited budget and wanted a hot buffet. I worried that I wouldn’t be able to achieve this, but Jo & Jacob worked out a menu to suit me.

Louisa cooked our small party a truly wonderful wedding breakfast. She made the whole process so easy, her comms were quick and responsive, she listened to our needs and was professional in every way. She takes so much pride in her food and it shone through as she explained every course to our guests. The food was simply delicious, with special mention for the BBQ pork collar with Sichaun crackling and the salt aged duck! Louisa is a special chef who helped make our day truly relaxed and memorable, we’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a unique dinner experience.

We loved every bit of our dining “out” at home experience from Louisa! Louisa is so talented to be able to prep food like that, for us to be able to finish cooking so easily and it taste that amazing! It felt so effortless for us to get each course ready and we really enjoyed the process! We both love cooking but it was so lovely to have all the hard work done!

We absolutely loved our meal, the starter of Parsnip Velouté was so delicious, the texture, flavour and the added toppings of the chive oil and the parsnip crisps all went together so well. You can tell she is a chef that puts a lot of love and care into her food.
