I’ve been a client of Hands on Health for almost two years and I can’t rate this place highly enough. Such a welcoming and professional chiropractor based in Nottingham city centre. Dr Will Gilder is fantastic and managed to fully eliminate my back pain within weeks. Outstanding service and customer care. Love my little chats with Ruth as well ☺️
Dr Will, as always, was great. Very quick turn around, so the wait time was enough for me to sit down, and it much more. Ruth on the front desk is so wonderful, and always remembers the personal details about you that you pick up a conversation where you left it a few weeks previously.
Came back to hands on health after a year away due to obvious troubles with covid and financial difficulties. Been having major lower back problems for quite some time but Dr Will eliminated my pain completely in under 5 minutes. He’s the man with magic hands I’m telling you. Also the sports massage therapist I think her name is Jemma. Absolutely incredible too.

Following the initial assessment I was then referred to the new sports therapist who conducting some first stage rehab, again very happy and polite lady and very conscientious and professional.
My husband has had a prolapsed disc for a year, this place genuinely care about their patients and has helped him immensely. They are aware of his job and that he works away and has to cancel sometimes at short notice, they fit him in when they can and offer him a wide range of treatments that seem to be helping him a lot. A really lovely, professional and caring team, especially Jasmine.
I just wanted to say a big thank you for your help and support today. I have been to a number of chiropractors and Physios over the years and today is the first time, I feel I have taken a positive step forward. Great place for rectifying my lower back problems. Life changing. Before my back was in a really bad way! Now a visit every 3 to 4 months just to keep things in check and I’m back to normal.
 
Joanna is great at what she does. I was nervous on my first session but I’ve been going for about 6 months now and would recommend her to everyone. She is extremely gentle and very accommodating.
