First time I’d used this company, really helpful, friendly and professional. Very impressed that when I was experiencing some minor problems after the first call, they came back and fixed the problem at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend.

Contacted them through the website form, got a call back the next day. Little wait for them to come out but well worth it. Cleared the blockage, recommend options to help alleviate future issues and all at a very reasonable cost. Friendly and helpful throughout. I initially emailed Shark on a bank holiday after the guy, from another company didn’t turn up. Shark rung me back within 20 minutes of sending my email. They were able to give me a price and a date. This was followed up with a text confirmation.
Very impressed with Sharks company, the work was carried out 100 percent happy with what the Men did which they work very hard non stop until every was done, I offered them a hot drink both said no thank you. So one very happy customer. Will recommend where I can thank you Sharks company.
