The service from Phil was absolutely second to none. He was so quick at getting back to me for everything. Even came before the started date to fix my shower.

A very professional job from start to finish: the problem was accurately diagnosed and the repair expertly executed; exemplary courtesy and communication throughout; delivered on time and on budget.

My parents boiler stopped working, theyre are in their 60s and 70s and my Dad has a heart condition. They have British Gas homecare but when rang for an engineer was told the earliest would be 29th December (they rang on the 7th).

Having previously used MF for my boiler upgrade and annual servicing I chose to use them for my recent GCH upgrade (one pipe to two pipe system). My decision to use MF was made all the more easier due to the excellent professional service they consistently provide.
We were very impressed with the professional service, knowledge and care of the engineers who came out. Our boiler was repaired with efficiency and for a reasonable price.
Highly recommended. Matt was friendly and knowledgeable when he came for the estimate. They offered a competitive price and good turn around time. The installation didn’t go quite according to plan, not their fault. However the guys worked hard and late to leave a perfectly warm house!! Good job and nice and tidy, thank you
