Lee assisted us with the early stages of a party wall dispute with a neighbour, as we are getting a rear kitchen extension built. Lee was personable and professional from the start, which made a very frustrating situation much less stressful. He is super responsive to communications and very knowledgeable in this area.
Very prompt and professional service. Used AIM surveying to do some more in depth analysis of a potential property I was looking to buy as a result of a more basic home buyers report I’d received elsewhere. Lee, the surveyor I used, called me prior to the survey to make sure I was going for the right survey type to suit my needs, as well as calling me on the day to talk me through his findings before sending me the written report. Good communication, good service and would use again if required in the future.
